The Website features an e-commerce section (“E-Shop”) where customers may purchase Peserico branded merchandise.

  • Details of transactions you carry out through our Website and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our Website.

If you choose a credit card as a method of payment, you will be asked to provide the appropriate information. Such data will in no way be processed by Peserico or by Peserico, but only by the payment service provider (“Shopify Payments”). The Provider has the ability to forward the data to its managers and persons in charge of processing in order to allow credit card payments.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of the Website, or transmitted to other users of the Website or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Website with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. All Personal Information that is securely maintained in Our web servers within Italy is subject to Italian legislation (Reg. EU 679/2016), hereinafter called Personal Data Protection Code or “Code” for short, which expressly states the purposes and methods of processing personal data which are submitted to the Site. The Data Controller is Confezioni Peserico S.p.A., a corporation organized pursuant the laws of Italy. According to the law, you can at any time obtain (i) proof about whether or not Your Personal Information is present in the system, (ii) information about Your Personal Information’s contents and origin, (iii) verification, integration or updating and rectification of Your Personal Information, (iv) removal or change to anonymous form of Your Personal Information.

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to the following email address: privacy@peserico.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page.

You may also send us an email at privacy@peserico.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Please note that Peserico discloses personal data to service providers for purposes that include fulfilling orders, processing payments, conducting site analytics, and maintaining the security of the Website.

Access and Deletion Requests

1. Request, up to two times each year, that we disclose to you:

Request that we delete any personal data that we have collected from or about you.  Note that there are some reasons we will not be able to fully address your request, such as if we need to complete a transaction for you, to detect and protect against fraudulent and illegal activity, to exercise our rights, for our internal purposes, or to comply with a legal obligation.

You must put the statement “Your California Privacy Rights” in the subject field if you make a request by email. We may request certain information to verify your identity before we can respond to your access and deletion requests.

We value your privacy and will not discriminate in response to your exercise of your privacy rights. Please be advised that we do not “sell” (as that term is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018) personal information.
