Customer Service

Returning one or more items on peserico.com is very simple and most of all free!

Here's how to do it in 3 simple steps:

1. Prepare the items you want to return with tags inside the box and carefully close it, well sealed.

2. Apply the pre-printed label (you will find it already inside the package), carefully covering the old shipping label.

3. Bring and deliver the package to the nearest UPS Access Point.
The UPS collection points are basically everywhere in America.

It will therefore not be necessary to do anything else on the peserico.com site.

Refunds


After receiving the returned item(s) we will proceed with the evaluation and if everything is correct the amount paid for the returned items will be re-credited in about 7-10 days. Also in this case an automatic refund email will be sent to you.
The refund will be credited to the same account used to make the first payment.

Some important notes about returns:

The returned items must be in perfect condition and shipped with the original box well closed, with all tags and documents inside.

All garments visibly used, stained or damaged will not be accepted as returns, and will be returned to the customer. Furthermore, the company cannot be in any way responsible for the loss of garments while they are in transit.
Where the expected packaging, authenticity cards, dust bags, and accessories should also be returned. The return must be sent from the original country of receipt with their relative document.

The limit of days to make the return (starting from the day of receipt of the order) is 14 days. Any returns made beyond the allowed limit will not be accepted.

The garments are considered defective and therefore refundable only if they arrive at the customer already with defects or damaged. If the damage is created after use there will be no refund.

Items must be undamaged and in perfect condition and must be returned in their original condition in a sealed box, with all garment tags attached.

Returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. We cannot be held responsible for any missing returns or items whilst in transit.

Where provided, belts and any packaging such as instructions, authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. Items must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form. Please note that we may not refund items that are sent without any return paperwork.
